- I have a Tracking Number and Tracking does not show up, Why?Sometimes tracking is active ONLY when your parcel leave Spain. [ because delivery time are monitored, it shows that the shipping company did pick-up the parcel few days later, this way it shows a better performance, even if the service is the same. There is nothing to do, just not worries in another couple of days you will be able to track.
- What happens if I do not get the package?You have to contact the courier and arrange delivery and if not possible you are required to contact us within 7 days. If parcel comes back to us, If we have been informed and we know it is a courier problem, we ship again in all other case you have to pay shipping costs
- Parcel is going back to you, Why do not you ship another one?As we said address is printed as you typed. It takes time to make another parcel, it takes time to unpack the returning parcel so we will ship again the same parcel, Please be Patient or Kindly pay shipping cost and we ship immediately.
- Compensation for DelaysWhilst we do use reliable and known shipping companies, delays can occur during the journey. Our liability regarding this issue, is limited to shipping costs that we will refund with a voucher when there is a delay of over 8 days.
