Orders and Payments

  • What payment methods can I use?
    You can choose from the following payment methods:
    -Banktransfer [ you will receive details in the order confirmation EMAIL ] -COD only in [ Spain, Portugal, Italy; France and Belgium only if you use Mondial Relay ]-Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards
    -Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards
    To make a purchase you need a Card that can be internationally used, please ask your issuer. 
  • Order Cancellation Policy - Unpaid Orders
    Do not pay and your order will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled within 10 days. You will receive a payment reminder EMAIL just ignore it and your order is cancelled. There is no need write us to cancel an UNPAID order
  • Order Cancellation Policy - Paid Orders
    As long as the order has not already shipped, we can cancel your order.If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the package [easiest] and it will be sent back to us, then we’ll treat it like a returned order. We will refund the products but you have to pay all shipping charges.
  • Changing items - Unpaid Orders
    Place another order and pay ONLY the order you want us to ship
  • Changing items - Paid Orders
    Paid order are unchangeable
  • Returns or Exchanges
    Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Matteo Filla via EMAIL, Please note that you have to pay return shipping cost. Please send any items to Matteo Filla, calle de San Lluc 66, 08918 Badalona, Spain and when we will receive the parcel we will refund.
    In case of Exchanges we will issue a voucher that you can use for reordering
  • Faulty products or Damaged items
    In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please send picture for damaged items and you avoid the annoyance and the cost of sending the parcel.
